Carl and Seb are the loveliest people to buy a car from. Friendly family company with no pressure to buy. We love our Nissan Qashqai which we picked up today. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic service and experience, needed a car for our daughter and bought a lovely little Nissan. Carl is a nice honest guy, struggled to arrange to collect car as wife couldn't drive due to recent operation so Carl delivered to us, really appreciated and daughter is very happy. I’ve been searching for a new car for a while now as I am beginning a new job in the summer. My dad came up to me with this car which was the perfect match for me. The guys at mercury motors held it for me to be the first to view which was massively appreciated. When we arrived seb was fantastic, taking the time to speak to me and have a conversation about the car and general chit chat! He was so helpful and answered all the questions I had.

Purchased a Citroen C1 from Mercury Motors on behalf of my daughter and have to say that my experience with Carl and the service from the company was excellent throughout. The car was exactly as described and is in immaculate condition and drives beautifully. Whilst the car is 9 years old it has genuine low miles of under 7k and is therefore as good as new and well worth travelling down from the North East to collect. My daughter is absolutely delighted with her new to her car and we will definitely be recommending Mercury Motors to our family and friends when they are looking for a used vehicle.

On every level they and the car they sold us, have lived up to the high praise I'd heard others give them. I have one very happy daughter, with a fantastic car ready to start her new job. 5 star is the minimum that I will give Carl. Bought a Honda Civic last month at Mercury Motors, the best car buying experience ever. Carl was extremely kind and friendly. Our train got delayed and arrived an hour late, Carl was very patient and offered a lift from the station. He gave us all the time we needed to check and test drive the car. The car condition was exactly like the ad - very well-maintained and clean. What impressed me was that the car HPI showed outstanding finance but Carl already went one step ahead and got an official letter from Honda to prove that it's all settled, so that I could purchase the car with a peace of mind.
On top of his professionalism, Carl was also a very nice guy to talk to! He is the best car salesman you can ever ask for.
